This is a napkin with a compass drawn on top of it. The compass has the directions on it. The directions on a compass are Nortrh, South, East, and West. Also on a compass, they have degree angles to show whoever is viewing it where their exact location is. People often use compass' to find out where they are and where they are going. A common example of this is when people go camping. A compass is often taken so that no one gets lost on the trip. This can relate to what a vectors. When dealing with vectors direction is one part of the process. There is a degree measure for each direction (North, South, East, & West).

Waterbottle got some Wings
Here, I have taken a normal bottle of Dasani water and threw it up into the air. What has been exemplified here is kinematics. Using the systems of equations that kinematics has to offer, I can figure out the velocity at which the bottle is traveling. I can determine how long it will take the bottle to reach the ground using an equation. Acceleration and distance from which the bottle was thrown can also be determined using one of the many equations in kinematics. Everything that is thrown into the air has the same motion; fast, slow, stop, slow, fast. So as my bottle is thrown into the air, it goes fast, slows down, then stops at the highest peak, then slowly comes back down, and then goes faster and faster.

BLOGPOST #5 Drop it low
This is a drop of water. This may seem like just a drop of water, but this drop of water has to do with Kinematics. This has to do with Kinematics because from the drop of water, you can figure out the velocity of the drop of water. You can also figure out the acceleration of the drop of water from when it comes out of the faucet to when it hits the bottom of the sink. The initial velocity of the drop of water is zero because it starts form rest. You can also figure out the speed of the drop of water by finding out how many centimeters the drop of water moved per second until it impacts the sink.
This is a really nice car. OOps, my mistake, its a van. The van is traveling at a speed of 20 miles per hour.. or I hope it is because if its going any faster, it will be speeding and breaking the law. Speed is a big factor in Kinematics. If an object is thrown up in the air and caught at the same point at which the object is thrown, then the speed will stay the same throughout. By finding out the time and the initial velocity of a car, you can find out the acceleration and the velocity of a car when it was traveling.
